The Company

Sloane’s was originally started by Joe Sloane in 2009. A British chef that had spent close to two decades working in five star hotels and Michelin stared restaurants across three continents.

Joe wanted to follow his passion of working directly with local farms and In 2012 Joe teamed up with friends and fellow sustainability enthusiasts Chef Bo & Dylan of the Michelin stared Bo.lan restaurant to turn Sloane’s into a wholesale business to supply the countries bests chefs as well as the home consumer.

We are passionate about quality food and animal welfare. Our products are created using traditional artisan methods with professional butchering knowledge and modern food hygiene standards. All of our quality-driven products are made by hand in our own production facility by passionate individuals.

We work only with farms that we have visited and vetted ourselves, and we source the animals directly from the farms, ensuring full control over the entire supply chain. We produce all our finished products at our custom-built and certified factory in Samut Prakan.

To ensure the most natural product possible, we only use natural sausage casing and our recipes are created to avoid the use of unnecessary chemicals, meaning no artificial colours or flavourings are used.
Our range of products include various types of pork sausages, cured items, patés and terrines, BBQ items, raw cuts, special items, sauces, homemade condiments, and cheeses sourced from artisan producers around Thailand.

We cater to both individuals and professionals and work with a number of high-profile restaurants, hotels, cafes, delis and supermarkets in Bangkok and beyond. In additional to our standard range of products, we can also cater to specific needs.

As well as direct orders, Sloane’s products are available in numerous supermarkets including Villa Market (nationwide), Rimping Supermarkets (Chiang Mai and Laos) and at Gourmet Market Emquartier and Central Foodhall Chidlom.

Sloane’s

Sloane’s now produces a large range of high quality meat products from the best, ethically sourced, local ingredients. We source our free-range pigs, chickens, ducks and cows from small high-welfare farms across Thailand which ensure the most natural and sustainable products possible.

Scarletta Bangkok

Scarletta first started back in 2020 as a fresh pasta supplier to hotels and restaurants and to the public. Years later, Scarletta opened its first pasta bar at BLOQyard, Chong Nonsi in Bangkok. A small cozy bar where you can have a quick lunch or casual dinner while watching the chef making pasta from the bar while sipping some great wines and craft beers.

Scarletta’s second branch opened in The Common’s Sala Daeng, Bangkok

 

Salad Smith

Salad Smith is situated in BLOQyard, Chong Nonsi, Bangkok offering freshly made salads with locally-sourced ingredients and a variety of toppings, dressings, and humanely sourced proteins to create a customized dining experience. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will also be available to cater to different dietary needs. The salads are made with only the freshest ingredients, and they are committed to using locally-sourced produce whenever possible to support the community.

 

Cast Iron by Raro

Our range of Cast Iron pots and pans all made in Thailand. Cast Iron is wonderful to cook meat on and compliment our products well. They come unseasoned, but can provide details on how to season your pans.
