Dinner, Quick Meal, Lunch
A simple dish that takes less than 10 minutes to produce and can be done on a single stove. A great option after a long day at work and quicker than a takeaway. Very little washing up and always delicious.
1x packet of Scarletta Duck Tortellini (other stuffed pasta will be good too)
1x jar Scarletta Roma Tomato & Olive Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Freshly grated Parmesan
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the tortellini following the cooking instructions (4 minutes from frozen), once cooked, drain but reserve a little of the cooking water.
- Now heat the sauce up in a shallow pan with a sprig of rosemary. Once hot through add a splash of the cooking liquid, a gulp of olive oil and the cooked tortellini and cook for a further minute or two in the sauce.
- Serve with freshly grated parmesan, a sprig of rosemary and a salad on the side.
Roma Tomato & Olive Sauce
Made with Roma Tomatoes grown for us in Chiang Mai. Our tomato sauces are made by slowly roasting the tomatoes and cooking with onions, garlic, fresh Genovese Basil and finished with chopped Kalamata olives. Paired with a packet of Scarletta fresh pasta makes a quick easy meal.
