Scarletta Pasta produces a range of bronze cut pastas made using imported Italian durum wheat semolina. Fresh egg pastas are made using eggs from Thai free-range organic farms.
Alongside the fresh pasta, Scarletta produces a range of frozen filled pastas including Raviloli’s and Tortelini’s. Scarletta pasta sauces are made with Roma Tomatoes grown for us in the hills of Chiang Mai and made with no additives or preservatives
