All our pies are made in-house by our team of chefs using our high quality meats. Pizzas are made in conjunction with Thailand's top pizzeria, Peppina.
Sloane’s pies are made as part of our Nose to Tail philosophy. Pies are made with the flavorsome braising cuts cooked in sauces made from our home made stocks using the bones. Our pastry uses either real butter, fresh lard or suet for a traditional style pie.
Peppina Gelo pizzas are made using same method, ingredients and ovens as the award winning Peppina restaurants, just frozen and ready to cook at home.
