At Sloane’s, we believe exceptional food is created through strong partnerships. From the start Sloane’s was founded with a partnership with the award-winning restaurant Bo.lan due to our shared passion for food and sustainability and have had close partnerships with farms across the country.

Throughout our expansion and with each of our new brands we have continued with the same philosophy and passion; from the authentic handmade pasta of Scarletta Pasta, and the exceptional Thai cuisine and premium butcher products of Nuea Mek.

Together, we’re championing better ingredients, supporting ethical food production, and helping raise the standard of dining across Thailand.

Bo.lan & Err

Through a shared view of sustainability Chefs Bo & Dylan of Bo.lan were founding partners of Sloane’s and partnered with Joe Sloane back in 2012. To this day they continue to practise and promote their sustainability values across Thailand and beyond with numerous projects including Err, Bo.lan Education, Bo.lan Grocery, The Food Trust and their international media presence.

Nuea Mek

Nuea Mek is a true team effort—born from the collective passion of the Sloane’s Group and inspired by the cherished family recipes of our staff. With many of our team hailing from Northern Thailand, the menu reflects a deep connection to traditional flavours, while also drawing influence from across the country. After months of testing, tasting, and gathering feedback from across our team, Nuea Mek was created as a space to serve dishes we’re truly proud of.

Scarletta Pasta Bar

Scarletta first started back in 2020 as a fresh pasta supplier to hotels and restaurants, In 2023 we opened our first small cozy pasta bar at BLOQyard, Chong Nonsi, where you can have a quick lunch or casual dinner while watching the chef making pasta from the bar. In 2024, the second branch was launched at The Commons, Sala Daeng.
