Mandilli
Mandilli de Saea, also know as Fazzoletti de Seta or simply Handkerchief pasta, is traditionally from Genova, Liguria and commonly served with pesto.
These are extra thin sheets of pasta that should be see through once cooked.

Mandilli Cooking Instructions
We do not recommend using an Oven, Air Fryer or Microwave for this product.
Stove/Hob
How to cook fresh pasta from chilled. Bring water to boil with a large pinch of salt. Add pasta to water and boil for 1-2 minutes. Test a small piece to ensure it is cooked to your satisfaction. Drain (reserving water if making own pasta sauce) and serve.
