With chicken livers, pancetta and fettucinne all available here, you only really have to worry about the sage leaves. Alternatively you could simply buy a jar of Scarletta Arrabbiata. Then all you'd need to do is to fry the livers in butter (gently and not too long) then stir them into the sauce.
