Chitarra, or square spaghetti. Is traditionally pressed through wires to cut a thick, squared sided spaghetti. A great alternative for normal spaghetti.
2mm thick.
Chitarra Cooking Instructions
We do not recommend using an Oven, Air Fryer or Microwave for this product.
Stove/Hob
How to cook fresh pasta from chilled. Bring water to boil with a large pinch of salt. Add pasta to water and boil for 3 minutes. Test a small piece to ensure it is cooked to your satisfaction. Drain (reserving water if making own pasta sauce) and serve.
