A great additive free alternative to stock cubes, thats fully gluten free.

We roast our chicken carcasses with vegetables to produce a flavoursome dark chicken stock, then strain and reduce down to a thick demi-glace.

Just add a teaspoon or two to any dish to give it an amazing flavor boost.

Chicken Bones, Water, Pig's Trotter, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Thyme, Black Pepper.

Serving Suggestions +

Mix one teaspoon with 500ml water to make a simple stock or simply add a teaspoon or two to any dish to give it an amazing flavor boost.
