Dry-cured Back Bacon More Information
Our Dry-Cured Back Bacon represents the pinnacle of traditional bacon craftsmanship. This premium bacon is made from our high welfare pork loins, trimmed and cured with a time-honoured recipe that minimises water content for pure flavour. Each slice is cured with a blend of natural salts and sugar, then air-dried to achieve the perfect balance of meaty texture and rich, savoury taste.
The process of dry-curing allows the flavours to deepen and intensify, resulting in a bacon that not only cooks up beautifully crisp but also retains its shape and texture, providing a satisfying chew.
Unlike mass-produced bacon that often shrinks and releases excess water upon cooking, our Dry-Cured Back Bacon maintains its integrity, offering consistent quality and taste that enhances any dish it accompanies.
