Beef & Truffle Wellington More Information

Beef Wellington is one of the most elegant and celebrated dishes in British cuisine, famously associated with fine dining and special occasions. Traditionally, it features a perfectly seared beef fillet wrapped in a layer of mushroom duxelles and flaky puff pastry, then baked to golden perfection. Thought to be named after the Duke of Wellington, this dish has graced tables for centuries, offering a luxurious combination of textures and flavours.

Our Beef & Truffle Wellington elevates this classic with the use of premium Wagyu fillet, known for its exceptional marbling and tenderness. The addition of black truffle enhances the rich umami depth of the duxelles, complementing the buttery, golden pastry. Using only high-welfare, hormone- and antibiotic-free Wagyu, this Wellington delivers a decadent yet ethical dining experience.

Sloane’s Beef & Truffle Wellington is a spectacular centrepiece, offering the finest combination of premium Wagyu, black truffle, and crisp pastry—perfect for an impressive dining experience.
