Pork Wellington Serving Suggestions
Pork Wellington with Red Wine Jus
Serve the sliced Wellington with a rich red wine jus for added depth. Pair it with roasted autumn vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes for a hearty, balanced plate.
Drink Pairing: A full-bodied red wine like Merlot or a dark ale.
Light Wellington Plate with Green Beans and Salad
For a lighter option, pair the Wellington slices with sautéed green beans and a crisp garden salad. A drizzle of balsamic glaze adds a touch of acidity to balance the buttery pastry.
Drink Pairing: A dry rosé or sparkling water with lime.
Wellington with Mustard Cream Sauce and Roasted Potatoes
Accompany your Wellington with a tangy mustard cream sauce and crispy roasted potatoes. The creamy sauce enhances the pork’s flavour, while the potatoes provide a satisfying crunch.
Drink Pairing: A chilled Chardonnay or a pale ale.
