Haggis Serving Suggestions
Kay Plunkett-Hogge’s Haggis Laarp
Kay Plunkett-Hogge’s Haggis Laarp is a bold Thai-inspired way to enjoy Sloane’s haggis, using the Northern-style laarp technique of toasted spices, fresh herbs and fragrant citrus notes. The haggis is lightly marinated in laarp kua spice mix, then wok-fried for colour and finished with kaffir lime leaf, coriander, mint and crisp garlic. It’s vibrant, aromatic and surprisingly well-balanced — rich, savoury comfort lifted with heat and freshness. For full ingredients and method, follow the recipe here.

Haggis More Information
Sloane’s Haggis celebrates the heart of Scottish culinary tradition with its authentic recipe and premium ingredients. This iconic dish, made famous by poet Robert Burns in his “Address to a Haggis,” is deeply rooted in Scottish culture, often enjoyed during Burns Night celebrations. Legend humorously suggests that haggis are wild creatures roaming the Scottish Highlands—a tale as rich and hearty as the dish itself.
Crafted with Sloane’s hormone- and antibiotic-free meats, our haggis offers a flavourful blend of finely minced meat, oats, and spices. Perfectly balanced and true to tradition, it is both a nostalgic and indulgent choice for any table.
